Contracting Conditions
1. Purpose of these conditions
These Contracting Conditions ("Conditions") govern all paid transactions carried out on the Full Moon Running ("FMR") platform, including:
- Annual subscriptions
- Lifetime access
- Associated physical products (e.g., t-shirts)
- Any future paid functionality or merchandising
These Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use, which remain fully applicable.
2. Products and services offered
2.1 FullMoonRunner – Annual subscription
- Annual subscription granting access to the Full Moon Running features included in the FullMoonRunner plan
- Subscription duration: 12 months
- Automatically renews unless canceled
- Price displayed on the platform at the time of purchase
2.2 Lifetime FullMoonRunner – One-time payment
- One-time payment granting indefinite access to the features included in the Lifetime plan
- "Lifetime" refers to the availability of the platform and the Lifetime plan itself
- No recurring charges
- Includes a special Full Moon Running t-shirt as an accessory product
2.3 Physical products (merchandising)
- Physical products may be offered independently or bundled with Lifetime access
- Availability, sizes, and delivery details are shown at checkout
- Physical products are subject to applicable consumer protection laws
3. Prices and taxes
- All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include applicable taxes where legally required
- Any additional costs (e.g., shipping) will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation
FMR reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
4. Payment methods
Payments are securely processed through authorized external payment providers, including Stripe.
FMR:
- Does not store credit or debit card data
- Is not responsible for issues caused by payment providers beyond its reasonable control
5. Subscription renewal and cancellation
5.1 Automatic renewal (annual subscription)
- Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- Renewal is charged at the price applicable at that time
- Users may cancel renewal at any time from their account settings
Cancellation:
- Prevents future renewals
- Does not affect access during the current paid period
5.2 Lifetime access
- Lifetime access does not renew
- Lifetime access remains valid as long as:
- The platform remains operational
- The Lifetime plan continues to be offered
- The user has not deleted their account
6. Refund policy
6.1 14-day money-back guarantee (annual subscription only)
FMR offers a 14-day commercial money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Applies only to the FullMoonRunner annual subscription
- Request must be made within 14 calendar days from the purchase date, provided the platform has not been used
- Full refund
This guarantee is a voluntary commercial policy and is in addition to any mandatory legal rights.
6.2 Non-refundable purchases
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- Lifetime FullMoonRunner access
- Annual subscription renewals once the initial 14-day period has passed
- Digital services already consumed beyond the guarantee period
6.3 Physical products
- Physical products included with Lifetime access are considered accessory products
- Refund eligibility for physical products is governed by applicable consumer law
- When Lifetime access is non-refundable, inclusion of a physical product does not create a refund right for the digital service
7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Where applicable under EU consumer law:
- The legal right of withdrawal may apply to physical goods
- For digital services, the right of withdrawal may be waived once service execution has begun, with the user's express consent
Users acknowledge that access to Full Moon Running begins immediately after purchase.
8. Failed or disputed payments
If a payment fails or is disputed:
- Access to the service may be temporarily suspended
- FMR reserves the right to retry the charge or request updated payment information
- Abuse of chargebacks may result in account termination
9. Invoices and billing information
- Invoices or payment confirmations are issued electronically
- Users are responsible for ensuring billing information is accurate
- Billing correction requests must be submitted within a reasonable time
10. Changes to these conditions
FMR may update these Conditions periodically.
Changes:
- Apply to future purchases
- Do not retroactively affect completed transactions
Updated Conditions will be published on the platform.
11. Governing law
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence.
