Delete your account
You can delete your Full Moon Running (FMR) account at any time.
Delete your account on the web
1. Open the Full Moon Running website
2. Go to Profile
3. Open Settings
4. Open Privacy
5. Tap Delete account and confirm
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
1. Open the Full Moon Running app
2. Go to Account
3. Open Edit Profile
4. Tap Delete account and confirm
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- Your profile information (name, username, photo, country)
- Your email address and authentication data
- Your participation history and achievements
- Any meetups you created
- Any comments you posted in the app
What data may be retained
Certain transaction-related records may be retained when required by law, including purchases processed via:
- Google Play Billing
- Stripe
- RevenueCat
These records are retained strictly for legal, tax, and accounting purposes and are not used for marketing.
Deletion timeframe
Account deletion is processed immediately.
Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days before permanent removal.
