1. Who we are
Full Moon Running ("FMR", "we", "us", "our") is a global digital platform operated by JAIMEFY LTD, a company incorporated in Cyprus, with registered address at Andreas Georgiou, Sunset Villa 2, 8502, Anarita, Cyprus.

2. What Full Moon Running is (and what it is not)
Full Moon Running is a global digital community platform that allows runners around the world to connect, organize, and participate in running meetups under the full moon.
FMR offers:
- A digital identity (bib number)
- Tools to discover, create, and join meetups
- Community and interaction features
- Access to services and products associated with the FMR movement
FMR is not:
- An event organizer
- A sports club or federation
- A medical or fitness service provider
- A training or coaching program
- A supervisor of physical activities
FMR acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between users.
3. Access requirements
To use Full Moon Running, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Accept these Terms before accessing the platform
4. Membership types
Access to Full Moon Running is available exclusively through one of the following options:
4.1 FullMoonRunner (Annual subscription)
- Paid annual subscription
- Grants access to all features included in the FullMoonRunner plan during the active billing period
- Automatically renews unless canceled
- Includes the assignment of a unique bib number
4.2 Lifetime FullMoonRunner (One-time payment)
- One-time, non-recurring payment
- Grants indefinite access to the features included in the Lifetime plan
- Includes the assignment of a unique bib number
- Includes a special FMR t-shirt as an accessory product
"Lifetime" means for as long as the platform and the Lifetime plan exist, and does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual availability under all circumstances.
5. Unique bib number
Each member receives a unique bib number, a unique identifier within the Full Moon Running community.
The phrase "Your bib is unique and yours, forever" reflects its symbolic and identity value within the community.
It does not imply:
- A perpetual right to maintain an active account
- An obligation for FMR to maintain a user account indefinitely
In the event of account deletion, the unique bib number may be anonymized or reserved without being linked to personal data.
6. Physical activity and personal responsibility
Running is a physical activity that involves inherent risks.
By using Full Moon Running, you acknowledge and accept that:
- You are solely responsible for assessing your physical condition
- You participate in any activity at your own risk
- You are responsible for complying with local regulations and safety requirements
FMR does not:
- Supervise meetups
- Verify routes, conditions, or participants
- Provide medical or safety assistance
- Guarantee attendance or behavior of other users
7. Meetups and organizers
Users who create or host meetups ("Organizers") do so under their sole responsibility.
Organizers are responsible for:
- The accuracy of event information
- Compliance with local regulations
- Basic safety considerations
FMR is not responsible for the organization, execution, or outcome of meetups.
8. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
8.1 Payments
All payments are securely processed through external payment providers (e.g., Stripe). FMR does not store payment card data.
8.2 Cancellation
- Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued outside the refund policy described below
8.3 14-day money-back guarantee (annual subscription only)
FMR offers a 14-day commercial money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Applies only to the FullMoonRunner annual subscription
- Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used
8.4 Non-refundable purchases
- Lifetime FullMoonRunner access is non-refundable
- Physical products included with Lifetime access are accessory products and do not affect refund eligibility
9. Account deletion
You may request account deletion at any time.
Account deletion:
- Immediately revokes access to the platform
- Cancels any active subscription
- Does not entitle you to any refund (unless within the 14-day guarantee period)
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate others
- Disrupt the operation of the platform
FMR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the platform are the property of FMR or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written authorization.
11.1 User-Generated Content and Authorisation for Social Media Use (UGC)
User Content. To the extent you share, publish or otherwise make available content related to Full Moon Running (the "Content"), whether within the platform or on third-party social media platforms (including, without limitation, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube), and/or by tagging @fullmoonrunning, using #fullmoonrunning or any equivalent mention of FMR (the "Tagged Content"), you acknowledge that such Tagged Content may be publicly accessible and may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant social media platform.
Licence to use Tagged Content (copyright and related rights). By posting Tagged Content, you grant Full Moon Running (JAIMEFY LTD) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, host, store, display, make available to the public, communicate to the public, distribute, edit, adapt, crop, combine, translate and create derivative works from the Tagged Content, in any media and through any channels, including, without limitation: reposting on FMR social media profiles, and use on the website, app, newsletters, community materials, audiovisual content, creative assets and FMR promotional and marketing materials.
Authorisation for image, likeness and voice. To the extent Tagged Content includes your image, likeness, voice, or other identifiable features, you authorise and consent to FMR using such elements in accordance with Section 2 above for the purposes of community building and promotion of the Full Moon Running movement.
- Where Tagged Content includes the image/voice/likeness of any other identifiable individual, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their valid consent to grant the authorisation set out herein (including, where required, the consent of a parent or legal guardian).
No obligation to use; moderation. FMR is under no obligation to use, publish, repost or retain any Tagged Content and may remove or cease using it at any time in its sole discretion (including for aesthetic, safety, legal, regulatory, reputational or operational reasons).
Withdrawal of consent and takedown requests. You may request that we cease using your Tagged Content in future materials by contacting hello@fullmoonrunning.com and providing the relevant link or identifier.
- Following a valid request, FMR will cease using the Tagged Content in new publications and new materials within a reasonable timeframe.
- You acknowledge that withdrawal of consent does not operate retroactively and does not affect prior lawful uses (including content already published or materials already distributed), and that it may not be technically feasible to remove copies stored, shared or further disseminated by third parties or other users.
User warranties. By posting Tagged Content, you represent and warrant that:
a) you own the Tagged Content or otherwise have all rights, licences and permissions necessary to grant the licence and authorisations above;
b) the Tagged Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, personality rights, honour or image rights); and
c) the Tagged Content is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise in breach of applicable law.
Indemnity (to the maximum extent permitted by law). To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FMR against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of the warranties set out above or any failure to obtain the necessary permissions in relation to the Tagged Content.
No endorsement or remuneration. Unless expressly agreed in writing, FMR's use of Tagged Content does not create any employment relationship, sponsorship arrangement, remuneration entitlement, or exclusivity between you and FMR.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
FMR makes no warranties regarding:
- Availability or uninterrupted operation
- Accuracy of user-generated content
- Fitness for a particular purpose
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMR shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or damages arising from participation in activities
- Loss of data or profits
- Issues arising from meetups organized by users
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be published on the platform and will apply from the date of publication.
